Uganda Premier League side Entebbe UPPC FC have completed the signing of midfielder Bright Anukani, who joins the club as a free agent following his departure from KCCA FC.
The move marks a new chapter in Anukani’s career as he brings his experience and versatility to the Entebbe-based side. The midfielder becomes another important addition to Entebbe UPPC as they continue to strengthen their squad for the 2026/27 season.
One of the notable aspects of the move is Anukani’s reunion with Abdallah Mubiru, who is now in charge at Entebbe UPPC FC.
The two previously worked together, giving Anukani the opportunity to link up once again with a coach who is familiar with his qualities and style of play. Mubiru’s knowledge of the midfielder could prove valuable as Entebbe UPPC look to integrate their new signing into the squad.
Anukani leaves KCCA FC after a spell with the Kampala giants and will now turn his attention to helping Entebbe UPPC achieve their objectives in the new campaign.
His arrival adds experience and additional options to Mubiru’s midfield, with the club hoping his contribution will strengthen their performances throughout the season.
